Dr. Iucci Performs the Following:
Inguinal Hernia
Inguinal Hernia
Inguinal hernias are the most common groin hernia, causing a tender bulge or discomfort. We use both open and laparoscopic approaches, tailored to your anatomy and needs. Repairs involve reinforcing the weakened area with mesh to reduce recurrence and restore daily comfort.Epigastric Hernias
Epigastric Hernias
An epigastric hernia occurs when fatty tissue pushes through the upper abdominal wall, causing a visible bulge and discomfort. We repair this using laparoscopic, robotic, or open techniques, strengthening the abdominal wall to reduce pain, prevent enlargement, and restore core function.Incisional Hernias
Incisional Hernias
Developing at the site of previous surgery, incisional hernias can cause pain and risk bowel entrapment. The Premier Surgical Network offers open, laparoscopic, and robotic-assisted repairs, often reinforced with mesh. Minimally invasive options lead to faster recovery (light activity within 1–2 weeks) and long-term integrity.Spigelian Hernias
Spigelian Hernias
A Spigelian hernia occurs along the semilunar line and can be overlooked without clear symptoms. With early diagnosis through ultrasound or CT scan, we can perform minimally invasive (laparoscopic or robotic) or open repairs. Many patients return to normal activities within 2–4 weeks, with low recurrence risk.Umbilical Hernias
Umbilical Hernias
Umbilical hernias—for either adults or children—can lead to pain or complications. We offer tailored repair, typically via laparoscopic or open surgery, carefully reinforcing the belly button area. Most adults can return to light activity in about a week with minimal scarring.Hidradenitis Suppurativa
Hidradenitis Suppurativa
HS is a challenging chronic skin condition characterized by recurrent abscesses in skin folds. We use a comprehensive treatment plan—including incision/drainage, wide excision, and reconstruction—to deliver sustained relief and improve quality of life.Cellulitis Treatment or Infection
Cellulitis Treatment or Infection
Cellulitis and skin infections are addressed through incision and drainage for deeper collections, plus tailored antibiotic therapy. Our team ensures thorough treatment to prevent recurrence and support sustained recovery.Cyst Removal
Cyst Removal
Large or symptomatic skin cysts—such as epidermoid or sebaceous types—are treated with careful excision. By removing the entire cyst and its capsule, We significantly reduce the risk of recurrence and promote optimal cosmetic healing .Abscesses and Complex Wounds
Abscesses and Complex Wounds
From superficial skin infections to deep abscesses, our surgeons manage and drain infections, remove damaged tissue, and reconstruct affected areas. Our comprehensive approach ensures a faster, cleaner, and healthier healing journey.Pilonidal Cysts
Pilonidal Cysts
These painful cysts near the tailbone can become chronic and infected. The Premier Surgical Network provides personalized surgical treatment—from simple drainage to excision with flap closure—designed to reduce recurrence and support long-term healing.Excisional Lymph Node Biopsy
Excisional Lymph Node Biopsy
When a lymph node appears enlarged or abnormal, surgical removal (biopsy) provides essential tissue for diagnosis. Our surgeons at The Premier Surgical Network use precise excision techniques to minimize scarring while ensuring an accurate sample for pathology evaluation.Loop Recorder Removal
Loop Recorder Removal
A loop recorder is a small device implanted under the skin to continuously monitor heart rhythms. Removal is a simple outpatient procedure requiring only a small incision under local anesthesia. The Premier Surgical Network ensures a comfortable and smooth removal experience once monitoring is complete .Breast Biopsy
Breast Biopsy
A breast biopsy removes tissue from a suspicious breast lesion—identified through mammography, ultrasound, or clinical exam—for precise pathological analysis. Techniques include fine-needle aspiration, core-needle biopsy, vacuum-assisted biopsy, or surgical excision, using imaging guidance to ensure accuracy. This targeted sampling is essential for diagnosing cancer and guiding treatment strategies.Port Placement and Removal
Port Placement and Removal
Port-a-caths (ports) are often used for chemotherapy, long-term medications, or frequent lab draws. Placement involves a minor incision and catheter insertion into a large vein, usually with short recovery. Removal is equally uncomplicated, allowing most patients to resume normal activities within 24–48 hours.Lipoma Removal
Lipoma Removal
Benign fatty tumors (lipomas) may be removed if they cause pain or affect appearance. We offer safe, outpatient excisions under local anesthesia—focusing on complete removal, minimal scarring, and quick recovery.Breast Cancer Surgery
Breast Cancer Surgery
Breast cancer surgery includes lumpectomy or mastectomy, sometimes combined with lymph node evaluation. These procedures are the cornerstone of early-stage treatment, offering effective removal of cancer while prioritizing patient outcomes and cosmetic considerations. Surgery is often complemented by systemic or radiation therapy as part of comprehensive cancer care.Sentinel Lymph Node Biopsy
Sentinel Lymph Node Biopsy
In cancer staging—especially for breast cancer and melanoma—we identify and remove the first (sentinel) lymph node to assess disease spread. This minimally invasive approach limits disruption to lymphatic drainage and helps guide further treatment.Laparoscopy
Laparoscopy
A laparoscopy is a minimally invasive “keyhole” surgery used for diagnosing and treating many abdominal conditions. Through small incisions and a lighted camera, your surgeon can perform safe and precise interventions—minimizing pain, scarring, and recovery time. The Premier Surgical Network uses the latest equipment and techniques for a better overall experience.Appendectomy
Appendectomy
When the appendix becomes inflamed, an appendectomy removes it to treat appendicitis and prevent dangerous complications. At The Premier Surgical Network, our board-certified surgeons offer laparoscopic, single-incision, open, and robotic-assisted techniques—each carefully chosen to match your condition. These minimally invasive approaches reduce pain and recovery time, helping you return home quickly and resume normal life fast.Cholecystectomy
Cholecystectomy
Cholecystectomy removes the gallbladder to resolve gallstone-related pain, inflammation, or bile reflux. The Premier Surgical Network performs this procedure laparoscopically or via open surgery, with an emphasis on gentle tissue handling. Removing the gallbladder typically eliminates recurring symptoms like bloating and gallbladder attacks—leading to more comfortable digestion and life afterward.BRCA Genetic Testing
BRCA Genetic Testing
BRCA genetic testing uncovers inherited mutations that significantly increase breast and ovarian cancer risk. The Premier Surgical Network offers expert counseling, testing, and interpretation to help patients understand their risk. Results support informed decisions about enhanced surveillance, medication, or risk-reducing surgeries like prophylactic mastectomy.Office Locations
